• Will I have to re-enter my products? - No. As long as it is installed into the same drive as the Real Soft Cart then your old store(s) will be copied over to the new RealCart folder. The program may default to “My Store” when upgraded. Just click on “File/Open Store...” and then open your other store(s). You will have to copy any custom themes that you have created over into the new RealCart folder.
• Do I have to buy another key file? - No. Your Real Soft Cart v2 key will work with RealCart™
• How do I get help with The Real Soft Shopping Cart? - As of May 1, 2001 the Real Soft Shopping Cart is no longer being supported. You may upgrade your existing Real Soft Cart v2 to RealCart™ at no charge.
• What is the difference between RealCart™ and The Real Soft Shopping Cart? - Right now there is very little difference. As time goes on there will be more and more differences. For now the biggest difference is the availability of technical support. The Real SOFT cart is no longer being supported at all. RealCart™ on the other hand, is fully supported at our tech support site: http://support.realcart.com.
